I am deeply passionate about helping people reclaim their inner calm in a world that rarely slows down.


I was first introduced to Yoga Nidra in 2006 during my yoga teacher training in Sedona, Arizona. Each afternoon, we’d lie down and listen to a guided meditation that gently carried me into a liminal space—somewhere between sleep and wakefulness. It was the only form of meditation that felt truly effortless. I didn’t know much about it at the time, but I knew it made me feel rested, whole, and deeply connected.

​Over the years, life got busier—motherhood, caregiving, career, and the ever-expanding digital world. Social media, screens, and constant notifications slowly replaced my moments of stillness. Like so many of us, I became wired for doing, always in motion, rarely pausing. Yoga Nidra faded into the background.

When the world turned upside down in 2020, I found my way back to the practice. It became a lifeline during a time of grief, overwhelm, and nonstop demands. I trained as a Yoga Nidra facilitator and began teaching others—but even then, I noticed something important: despite the deep rest of my practice, I still often felt depleted.

That’s when I realized rest isn’t just about what happens on the mat. In 2024, I returned to my roots and completed my Daring to Rest coaching certification. This training helped me understand the deeper obstacles to rest—the internalized expectations of grind culture, productivity obsession, and over-responsibility. I learned how to live a rested life—not just in meditation, but in how I structure my days, set boundaries, and listen to my body.

Now, I guide others not only through Yoga Nidra but also through the process of integrating rest as a way of life. True rest is a radical act of self-reclamation. It’s how we recover, how we rise, and how we come home to ourselves.

One on One Rest Coaching

I welcome you to a dreamspace, an inward journey to uncover the insights, clarity, and creative spark that emerge when we reconnect with deep rest.

We will nurture the body and nervous system through yoga nidra, self-inquiry, and other rest-based practices. As your body settles, your Rested Voice becomes more clear, guiding you with subtle clues and inspiration that become the stepping stones of your unique journey on the Rested Path.

By listening to that voice, you begin to take Rested Action—intentional steps aligned with your truth and vitality, helping you live with purpose without burning out.

6 Week Rested Women Sisterhood

Meet weekly with a group of woman on a journey to reclaiming a rested life. Together, we will rest deeply, address obstacles we face towards centering rest in our lives, and rise up rested 💚. We heal in community, and we find our way back to our creative spark in community. Join us!
This group will include 3-5 yoga nidra recordings and support for setting up a regular practice at home.

Rooted in Rest Digital Detox

Since the first iPhone’s release, many of us have become tethered to our devices—reaching for them out of habit, utility, boredom, or emotional escape. What started as a helpful tool now floods our attention and chips away at our creativity, rest, and presence.
I’m inviting a small, committed group to join me for a 6-week digital detox rooted in intention, accountability, and reconnection. Through daily practices, weekly prompts, and shared support, we’ll gently untangle from screen addiction and reclaim our time for what truly matters.
